You will receive an email confirming your program purchase along with your invoice. During this period, changes can still be made to your order. You just have to email your questions, changes and/or concerns to info@coachmonteiro.com

Before the program can begin,

ALL forms assigned to your purchased program (under "member forms") must be filled out completely, signed and emailed back to info@coachmonteiro.com

Make sure to complete this step before your chosen

program start date.

 If your plan includes training, you will receive your TrueCoach log in via email, where you will have access to all your personalized assigned workouts.
