The lift Mindfully program is designed to guide you through the process of mindfully applying changes

that you can adapt to, in order to build a strong foundation of a healthy and fit lifestyle that will be forever lasting.

​

The goal is to achieve and surpass all fitness and wellbeing goals while loving the process and turning it into a lifestyle.

During the program you will learn fundamental things about how your body works mechanically,

as well as how it responds to chemistry.

Including direct daily access to Coach Monteiro.

​

The Lift Mindfully program runs for a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

Payments can be made monthly or in full for the 12 weeks minimum duration of the program. 

FITNESS NUTRITION COACHING

A complete personalized nutrition plan  - $120 Monthly

Built around your likes and nutritional requirements.

Rather you follow a plant-based (vegan), vegetarian, carnivore, gluten-Free, dairy-free and/or a flexible diet,

your nutritional plan will be skillfully and methodically designed to ensure you achieve

your unique goals while enjoying every single meal.

Direct daily access to Coach Monteiro with needed adjustments to the plan for 30 days. 

LET'S TRAIN

A personalized detailed training protocol - $60 Monthly

A monthly training plan designed to guide you to successfully reach your desired goals.

Such as fat loss, strength, endurance, flexibility and/or hypertrophy.

Personalized workouts and routine access through the TrueCoach app.

​

Direct daily access to Coach Monteiro with needed adjustments to the plan for 30 days.
