REFUND AND CANCELATION

NO refunds will be given after receiving your initial (online) Nutrition and/or Training Program. No refunds on “Upfront Fees paid” once you receive your initial program. It is solely up to you (the client) to utilize the Nutrition and/or Training Program that is sent by email, and to keep in close contact with Coach Monteiro and the team through email, text and/or phone. Under no circumstance will we provide refunds because the client was not able to or decided not to begin or utilize any program or service.

Nutrition & training programs cannot be combined with future services given and cannot be transferred onto new programs or transferred to other clients.

Nutrition & training programs cannot be "Frozen" or discontinued. Program starts and finishes at date chosen by client during sign up.

After the initial agreement is over Client’s subscription will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis and payments will continue until Client cancels membership in writing via email to info@coachmonteiro.com  with 7 days’ notice. It is further understood that auto-pays will continue to be withdrawn until the client requests the cessation of such debits, in writing, via email to Info@coachmonteiro.com  regardless of the duration of the membership agreement.
