Strength is defined as the ability to produce force or power against an external resistance.
Through mindful movement execution, we can increase neuromuscular efficiency which will in turn enhance skeletal muscle power and mental strength. 
This part of the program focal point will be on developing the skill to proper execute different movements as well as strengthening neuropathways through physical and mental training.
